1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Quovara's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Offered
Quovara provides the following services:
- SEO Audits (Basic and Premium)
- Landing Page Development
- Full Website Development
- Digital Marketing Consultation
3. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed
- Free SEO audits are provided as promotional offers with no payment required
4. Refund Policy
⚠️ SEO Audits - NO CUSTOMER REFUNDS:
- NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE for SEO audits once generated and delivered
- Free basic SEO audits are promotional with no refund applicable
- Premium audits are final upon email delivery due to custom analysis provided
- Digital delivery constitutes completed service
- Refunds only provided if Quovara fails to deliver due to technical issues on our end
🚫 Website Development - LIMITED REFUNDS:
- NO REFUNDS for customer dissatisfaction or change of mind
- One free rework available within 7 days of delivery (not a refund)
- Free rework must include specific, actionable feedback
- Additional changes beyond free rework incur charges
- Refunds only provided for technical delivery failures on Quovara's end
✅ When Refunds ARE Provided:
- Technical failure on Quovara's side preventing delivery
- Server issues or system problems making delivery impossible
- Quovara fails to deliver within promised timeframe without valid reason
- Payment processing errors resulting in duplicate charges
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days with proof of technical failure
5. Delivery Terms
- SEO Audits: Delivered within 48 hours
- Landing Pages: 3-5 business days
- Full Websites: 7-14 business days depending on complexity
- Rush orders may be available for additional fees
6. Our Commitment to Quality
- We are committed to delivering high-quality websites that meet your requirements
- If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, you are entitled to one complete rework at no additional cost
- The rework request must be submitted within 7 days of initial delivery
- Clear feedback and specific requirements must be provided for the rework
- Additional revisions beyond the free rework will be quoted separately
7. Communication
- Primary communication will be via email
- Phone support available during business hours
- Response time: Within 24 hours for all inquiries
- Project updates provided at key milestones
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of delivered websites and content. SEO audit reports are for client use only and may not be redistributed. Quovara retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise requested.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect only necessary information to provide our services. Personal data is protected and never sold to third parties. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Contact information may be used for service updates and promotional offers (opt-out available).
10. Limitation of Liability
Quovara's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages. While we strive for accuracy in SEO audits, results may vary based on external factors.
11. Modifications
Quovara reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes must be resolved through direct communication first
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact may result in service suspension
- Any claims must be made within 7 days of service delivery
- Services are considered accepted if no issues are reported within 7 days
- Frivolous disputes or attempts to circumvent payment after delivery may result in legal action
13. Service Delivery Terms
- Digital deliverables are considered complete upon email delivery
- Proof of delivery constitutes successful completion of service
- Client is responsible for downloading and securing delivered files
- Re-delivery of lost files may incur additional charges after 30 days
- Services cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered
14. Payment Protection
- All sales are final - No refunds except for technical delivery failures
- Proof of service delivery protects against false claims
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Partial work completed is billable even if project is cancelled
- Rush delivery requests incur additional non-refundable fees
